I looked on the nevada state fair website and didn't see any promo for the splash dog event coming up there. are we a special event?

and if we are, are we given any free tickets into the fair for being part of the effort to make splash dogs work?

i'm thinking about coming, but we'd have to camp and would like to see the fair if i'm there for a few days.
