oh goodness gracious! Just so you know, I'm Ursula and heard about this through the grapevine... I heard I now have an inductee to the Ursula Kinley Hall of Shame! LOL! Apparently you fell in...well I've fallen in my fair share of times as well, not once, but twice in competition, 2nd time was very bad. To add to it, my daughter fell in one time as well....It runs in the family...lol

You jump a border collie! Ugh - that's the breed of choice for me as well, at least as far as falling in. The first fall in was with a friends border collie and the second time was with mine.

WAY TO GO JAKE!!!!! I had no doubt that he would do it!

We also had a personal best, of sorts. Our 130 pound English Mastiff, named Gracie Lou, decided to join Team Blabador as a JUMPER! Here is a video of her debut (better with sound). She hasn't figured it all out yet, but she had a lot of fun, and that's all that counts, right? ;)

And, I actually did take that picture from the driver's seat! Shhhh...don't tell!

I liked how out the car window the cornfield is blurry, but in the side mirror it's all in fairly sharp focus--even the wording on the mirror itself. LOL. Plus I liked the contrast of the green corn against the blue sky in the mirror.

I was in Yorkville, IL this past weekend for an event to help out with the Chase Away K9 Cancer drive. I took a bunch of pictures--and am working on getting them up--but I had to get this one up for Team Triple Threat because I had a feeling they'd like it!!! :-) You should have seen the crowd loving the beauty and energy of this dog!! I'm thrilled that I finally got to meet Rajah (and the family!) and his posse of GSPs. :-)

Thank you! We have the most amazing off leash dog park about 20 minutes from our house. We often take the camera, and for some reason, the blabadors were full of it and had tons of energy (who am I kidding?!?!? like that's any different than any other day ;) ). Anyway, I just started taking pictures. A family with a 10 year old boy saw Abe jumping into the air, so he wanted to throw some balls for him, and PRESTO! Instant toy for the doggies! :) Ha ha ha! :D

Don't know where you came up with that, but is hilarious! They really are the goofiest breed of dog I have ever trained. I love your mastidor...would love to see a full picture. What a great blend of temperments and intelligence. I personally have a rottie named Mabel. She is one of the loves of my life. Merry Christmas!

The term "blabador" came from my staff & I talking about the different temperments that Labs can have. Some are so crazy and full of movement and energy, where as others are super mellow and just want to be snuggled. So, we came up with this system:
* if the dog was absolutely out of it's mind with energy, and at no time were all 4 feet on the ground at the same time, it is a lab
* if the dog was still pretty crazy, but manageable and on all 4's, then it is a labrador
* if the dog is pretty mushy and let you do all you needed to without a few helpers, then it is a blab
* if it is only interested in snuggling, and just wants love and to be close, then THAT is a blabador!!! ;)

My oldest, Parker, is THE definition of a blabador. He is NOT motivated by toys. But, if you snuggle up close to him, give him a belly rub and let him get as close as possible, he flys off the dock. GO BLABADORS!!!! :D

As for the Mastador, she was raised by the blabs, and so she thinks that is what she is. She even tried dock diving (some of you may have seen the video that used to be on Jumpin Central), but we found that she likes to roll around on the dock and look pretty more than jump when a crowd is present. Maybe next year! Here is Gracie Lou "in action"...

I use adobe illustrater. For Crash because he is black you would need a lighter background.

I plan on making a t-shirt with this design.

I have already put this design on a shirt.
